Successful change – Lessons from recent programmes webinar
Why do some efforts to change the organisations we work within seem to thrive resulting in great outcomes while others get stuck with little to show?
Change is now a constant in many of the projects and programmes we work within. Being able to adapt our operation, processes and culture is a key element to project and programme success.
This webinar presented on Tuesday 25 March, was organised by the APM Enabling Change Interest Network. It aimed to start a conversation from real project and organisational examples to try and understand what sort of approaches really seem to accelerate our change programmes and what, alternatively, are the actions, that are sometimes taken, that can leave our change efforts with little to show.
