Driving projects looking through the windscreen - delivering success by responding to complexity, volatility and ambiguity

This conference explores how to drive change, continuously recognising challenges and responding to them. Six APM SIGs (Systems Thinking, Contracts & Procurement, Assurance, Governance, Risk, and Portfolio) will present their tools, techniques and tips for looking ahead through workshops designed to challenge conventional thinking, and how to convince senior leaders of the need to change.
