Dr Teri Okoro MBA ChPP FAPM is Co-Chair of the People SIG, an inclusion champion and previously Chair of the Women in Project Management SIG. She authored APM’s thought-leadership paper on inclusion, Joining the dance: becoming a more inclusive profession, and represents APM on the Construction Industry Council’s Diversity and Inclusion Panel. A non-executive director of ARB where she leads on the EDI agenda, her consultancy TOCA delivers commercial and residential projects and specialist access consultancy. She also consults more broadly on strategic inclusion and has presented globally and written extensively on diversity and inclusion in project teams and delivery. She is leading conversations with other APM SIGs to embed inclusion in project delivery and develop competency in this area for all project professionals.
