I’ve driven the Construction Data Trust and pioneered the role of Project Data Analysts to embed data into the heart of project management.

With a background in digital transformation and business improvement, I’ve built tools like the Energy Institute's Energy Barometer and delivered SRM’s data strategy. I hold masters level qualifications in Chemical Engineering, Economics & Policy of Energy & Environment, and Strategic Management. I’m passionate about reshaping project delivery through data, learning, and leadership.
