Central to this are our Volunteer Interest and Regional Networks, which reflect the connectivity among APM volunteers to one another to achieve common goals.

APM Interest Network - Benefits and Value IN - Lead role only

APM Interest and Regional Network – Deputy Lead role only. Opportunities available within; Built Environment, PMO, Programme Management and Women in Project Management Interest Networks; Greater Bay Area and Wessex Regional Networks

Interviews: 16-19 June 2026; between 09:00-10:15 and 16:00-17:15 each day

We’re inviting applications for one Lead role and multiple Deputy Lead roles, across a range of Interest and Regional Networks - offering a fantastic opportunity to help shape the future of the project profession.

  • APM Interest Network - Benefits and Value - Lead role only
  • APM Interest and Regional Networks - Deputy Lead roles available across:
    • Built Environment, PMO, Programme Management, Women in Project Management Interest Networks
    • Greater Bay Area, Wessex Regional Networks

As an APM Interest and Regional Network Volunteer Lead or Deputy Lead you’ll help to drive volunteering activities and the growth of the community, in close collaboration with the APM staff and the volunteers involved in the wider network team(s).

Eligibility

  • Lead role: Open to APM members at Full membership grade or above
  • Deputy Lead roles: Open to APM members at Student membership grade or above

As an APM Network Volunteer you’ll help to drive volunteering activities

Recruiting now for volunteer Lead and Deputy Lead roles

APM Interest Network Lead role

  OPEN TO APM INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS ONLY  

Purpose: To drive the volunteering activities, the production of thought leadership content and the knowledge exchange in their community, in close collaboration with the APM staff and the volunteers involved with their Interest Network.

Eligibility: Aged 18 years or over. Associate, Full or Fellow member with at least one year’s APM membership. APM’s onboarding process is to be completed by all volunteers.

Location: Online.

Commitment: 8-16 hours per month average.

Deadline: 12 May 2026 (midnight).

APM Interest Network Deputy Lead Role

  OPEN TO APM INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS ONLY  

Purpose: To support the Lead in driving the volunteering activities and the growth of the community, in close collaboration with the APM staff and the volunteers involved with their Interest Network.

Eligibility: Aged 18 years or over. Student, Associate, Full or Fellow member. APM’s onboarding process is to be completed by all volunteers.

Location: Online.

Commitment: 6-14 hours per month average.

Deadline: 12 May 2026 (midnight).

APM Regional Network Deputy Lead Role

  OPEN TO APM INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS ONLY  

Purpose: To support the Lead in driving the volunteering activities and the growth of the community, in close collaboration with the APM staff and the volunteers involved with their Regional Network.

Eligibility: Aged 18 years or over. Student, Associate, Full or Fellow member. APM’s onboarding process is to be completed by all volunteers. 

Location: Online.

Commitment: 6-14 hours per month average.

Deadline: 12 May 2026 (midnight).
