Events Coordinator  Advert | Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Events Coordinator to join the team here at APM! We are looking for a capable Events Coordinator to join our growing events team to plan and coordinate a broad programme of specific interest conferences. Reporting to APM’s Events Manager, you will be self-motivated, pro-active and excellent at communicating with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be a competent organiser and planner, have excellent attention to detail and be able to organisie a number of projects to a high quality simultaneously.

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Education & Lifelong Learning department for a Project Manager to join our APM team! Reporting directly to the Head of Qualifications and Standards Development, the Project Manager will provide project management expertise to the International Project Management Association project (IPMA) comprising product, process and system development. The post-holder will contribute to the enhancement of APM’s project management framework to ensure current and future projects within APM are delivered in line with good practice project management techniques, whilst ensuring such frameworks are appropriate to the type and scale of the project.

Reporting to the Engagement Team Leader, you will provide affective administration of APM membership and events-related activity, ensuring smooth information flow between key stakeholders. You will provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders by carrying out day to day administration requirements, effective implementation of defined processes and tasks, to deliver to the agreed quality and performance standards.
